1.  Service Package subscription is not mandatory when purchasing any Nespresso machine but advisable to make sure your machine keeps performing & ensure the best result in cup.

1. الاشتراك في باقة الخدمة ليس إلزاميًا عند شراء أي من مكائن نسبرسو ولكن الاشتراك مستحسن للتأكد من استمرار أداء جهازك ولضمان أفضل النتائج فى كأس قهوتك ..

2.  The service packages apply to all Nespresso Original Line Coffee machines.

3.  You can subscribe to our service package by calling our toll free, visiting our retail outlet or After Sales Centre

4.  On Spot Service Package can only be availed at the time of purchasing a new machine/s

4. الاستفادة من حزمة الخدمة الفورية لن تكون متوفرة الا عند شراء ماكينة/مكائن جديدة .

5.  Only one (1) Nespresso machine can be registered per service contract (package) and per type i.e. Milk / Non-Milk

5. واحدة فقط من مكائن نسبريسو يمكن تسجيلها لكل عقد (حزمة) ، ولكل نوع أى الحليب / غير الحليب

6.  No two (2) or more machines can be cleaned & descaled on the same service contract / package..

7.  The start date of the contract is the invoice date that is generated while subscribing to the service package

7. تاريخ بدء العقد هو تاريخ الفاتورة التي يتم اصدارها أثناء الاشتراك في حزمة الخدمة . لآلات الاستبدال

8.  Service package has a validity of 1 year from the date of invoice and can be renewed for another year on its completion

8. مدة صلاحية حزمة الخدمة سنة واحدة من تاريخ الفاتورة ويمكن تجديدها لسنة أخرى عند انتهاء مدتها .

9.  The service and warranty package cannot be transferred to another machine or contract, and the warranty remains valid in case the ownership of the machine is transferred from one customer to another.

9.لا يمكن نقل حزمة الخدمة والضمان الى ماكينة أو عقد آخر ويبقى الضمان صالحا فى حالة انتقال ملكية الماكينة من عميل الى عميل آخر .

10.  Service package does not cover repair or replacement of machine spare parts or removable parts

10. لا تغطي حزمة الخدمة إصلاح أو استبدال قطع غيار الماكينة أو الأجزاء القابلة للإزالة

11.  Service package subscription fee is non refundable or transferable

11. رسوم الاشتراك في حزمة الخدمة غير قابلة للاسترداد أو للتحويل

12.  Machine will be cleaned, descaled and returned within 5 working days from date of pick up from customer location or from date machine was dropped in person by the customer to our After Sales Centre.

12. سيتم تنظيف الماكينة وإزالة الترسبات منها وإعادتها في غضون 5 أيام عمل من تاريخ الاستلام من موقع العميل أو من تاريخ تسليم الماكينة من قبل العميل شخصيًا إلى مركز ما بعد البيع.

13.  Loan machine can be requested as per our availability when customer request for cleaning and descaling of machine.

13. لدى تقديم العميل للماكينة للتنظيف وازالة الترسبات يمكنه طلب ماكينة كاعارة حسب توفرها عند الطلب .

14.  Loan machine to be returned when the customer receives his machine after service / repair or visits the After Sales Centre to collect his/her machine.

14.يتم إرجاع الماكينة المعارة عند استلام العميل لماكينته بعد الخدمة / الإصلاح أو لدى زيارته لمركز ما بعد البيع لاستلام ماكينته .

15.  ‘Pay as you go’ is the option that is activated whenever you choose not to subscribe to a Service Package on your machine(s) which includes cleaning & descaling of the machine on pre-payment of OMR 15

15."الدفع أولاً بأول" هو الخيار الذي يتم تفعيله عندما تختار عدم الاشتراك في باقة الخدمة على ماكينتك (مكائنك ) والتي تشمل تنظيف االماكينة وإزالة الترسبات منها عند الدفع المسبق بقيمة 15 ريال عُماني .

16.  Nespresso Descaling & Cleaning is performed at our After Sales Centre after receiving the machine, it is not performed on site or on scheduled visit to customer residence or at our retail outlets

16. يتم تنفيذ نظام التنظيف وازالة الترسبات في مركز خدمة ما بعد البيع بعد استلام الماكينة ، ولا يتم تنفيذ هذه العمليات في الموقع أو في زيارة مجدولة إلى سكن العميل أو في منافذ البيع بالتجزئة الخاصة بنا .

17.  Complimentary Pick & Drop of machine is included in all service packages & ‘pay as you go’ option

17.يتم تضمين خدمة استلام الماكينة وتسليمها مجانًا في جميع باقات الخدمة وخيار "الدفع حسب الاستخدام"

18.  Cleaning & descaling packages and ‘pay as you go’ options only covers descaling & cleaning of your Nespresso machine

19.  There may be water or coffee grounds found in your machine after disassembling for cleaning and descaling. This is due to testing coffee extraction before releasing the machine.

19. قد يوجد ماء أو قهوة مطحونة في ماكينتك بعد تفكيكها للتنظيف وإزالة الترسبات الكلسية. يرجع ذلك إلى اختبار استخلاص القهوة قبل إطلاق الماكينة .

20.  Permanent coffee stains & discoloration of machine cannot be restored during cleaning & descaling / repair

20.لا يمكن ترميم بقع القهوة الدائمة وتغير لون الماكينة أثناء التنظيف وإزالة الترسبات / الإصلاح

21.  Water tank and capsule container are not replaced during disassembling for cleaning and descaling

21.لا يتم استبدال خزان المياه وحاوية الكبسولة أثناء التفكيك للتنظيف وإزالة الترسبات

22.  All external machines parts are required when carrying cleaning & descaling for the customer machine

22. جميع الاجزاء الخارجية للماكينة مطلوبة عند أخذ ماكينة العميل للتنظيف وإزالة الترسبات .

23.  VAT is included on all invoices for purchases made

23. يتم تضمين ضريبة القيمة المضافة في جميع فواتير المشتريات التي تم إجراؤها .

24.  A Non- refundable inspection fee is applicable for all machines where customer reports a technical issue or requests for repair i.e. OMR 2 per machine

24. يُطبق رسم فحص قدره 2 ريال عمانى غير قابل للاسترداد عن اى ماكينة يتم الابلاغ عنها من قبل العميل عن مشكلة فنية أو لطلب الإصلاح .

25.  OMR 2 will be directly charged at time of customer handing over the machine to our dispatcher, outlet or after sales centre

25. سيتم تحصيل 2 ريال عماني مباشرة في وقت تسليم الماكينة من قبل العميل الى مندوبنا أو الى المنفذ أو مركز ما بعد البيع.

26.  Pick & drop and inspection charges for machines are excluded for customers with an active service package requiring repair

26. يستثنى العملاء الذين لديهم حزمة خدمة نشطة لطلب تصليح المكائن من رسوم التوصيل والتسليم والاستلام وفحص المكانئن .

27.  Machine/s undergoing repair are descaled, cleaned and inspected before dispatched or handed over to the customer

27. الماكينة/المكائن التى تحت التصليح يتم إصلاحها وتنظيفها وفحصها قبل إرسالها أو تسليمها إلى العميل

28.  Customers sending machine for repair only can either opt to pay upfront the cleaning and descaling charges of OMR 15 per machine or request to use their active service package

28. يمكن للعملاء الذين يرسلون الماكينة للإصلاح فقط إما اختيار دفع رسوم التنظيف وإزالة الترسبات 15 ريال عماني مقدمًا لكل ماكينة أو طلب استخدام حزمة الخدمة النشطة .

29.  Unhygienic and contaminated machines are not accepted for cleaning, calibration or repairs for health, hygiene and safety reasons.

29. لا تُقبل المكائن غير الصحية والملوثة للتنظيف أو المعايرة أو الإصلاح لأسباب تتعلق بالصحة والنظافة والسلامة

30.  Nespresso has the right to reject coffee machines for cleaning descaling, calibration or repairs when infested with cockroaches, bugs, ants, house flies and/or their eggs for health, hygiene and safety reasons.

30. يحق لنسبريسو عدم قبول مكائن القهوة للتنظيف وإزالة الترسبات الكلسية أو المعايرة أو الإصلاح بوجود صراصير أو حشرات أو نمل أو ذباب المنازل بداخلها و / أو بيضها لأسباب تتعلق بالصحة والنظافة والسلامة.

31.  Prepayment for ‘‘pay as you go’ customers is mandatory before cleaning & descaling is performed on customer machine.

31. الدفع المسبق لعملاء "الدفع حسب الاستخدام" إلزامي قبل إجراء التنظيف وإزالة الترسبات على ماكينة العميل.

32.  Cleaning, descaling, calibration & inspection fee is applicable for machines purchased online..

32. يطبق رسوم التنظيف وإزالة الترسبات والمعايرة والفحص على  االمكائن  التي يتم شراؤها عبر الإنترنت .

33.  Customer’s internal & external spare & removable parts that are replaced or changed after service or repair of their machine will not be returned to the customer by the After Sales Center. 

33. لن يتم إرجاع قطع الغيار الداخلية والخارجية الخاصة بالعميل والقابلة للإزالة التي يتم استبدالها أو تغييرها بعد الخدمة أو بعد إصلاح  المكائن  إلى العملاء بواسطة مركز ما بعد البيع .

34.  OMR 5 refundable deposit is applicable on all loan or replacement machine/s.

34. يطبق نظام الوديعة القابلة للاسترداد بقيمة 5 ريالات عمانية  على جميع  المكائن المستلفة أو  البديلة عندما  يتم  اعادتها  بحالة  جيدة .

35.  Refundable deposit will be returned at time of receiving back the loan or replacement machine in good working condition.

35. يتم إرجاع الوديعة المستردة في وقت استلام المكائن المستلفة  أو  االبديلة   في حالة عمل جيدة.

36.  Refundable deposit will be used with charges deducted for any damage, loss or misuse found on external removable parts or internal spare parts.

36. سيتم استخدام الوديعة القابلة للاسترداد مع خصم الرسوم عن أي تلف أو خسارة أو سوء استخدام للأجزاء الخارجية القابلة للإزالة أو قطع الغيار الداخلية.

37.  New machines may occasionally get stuck in first run of coffee. This is normal as there maybe air in the pump. Technical assistance will be provided.

37. المكائن  الجديدة  قد  تتعطل أحيانا  عند  أول  استخدام  لها  فى  شرب  القهوة  وهذا  أمر  طبيعى  فربما  يوجد  هواء  فى  المضخة  وفى  هذه  الحالة  سيتم  تقديم  المساعدة  الفنية .

38.  Service packages and extended warranty packages do not include machine inspection charges and/or refundable deposit charges for replacement machines

38. لا تشمل باقات الخدمة وحزم الضمان الممتدة رسوم فحص الماكينة و/أو رسوم الإيداع القابلة للاسترداد  لآلات الاستبدال

39.  Warranty is only applicable on repair or replacement of internal machine spare parts during the warranty period (24months from date purchase) and does not apply on any cleaning & descaling service.

39. يسري الضمان فقط على إصلاح أو استبدال قطع غيار الماكينة الداخلية خلال فترة الضمان (24 شهرًا من تاريخ الشراء) ولا يسري على أي خدمة تنظيف وإزالة الترسبات.

40.  Nespresso Warranty does not include complimentary cleaning & descaling package/s and /or descaling & cleaning

40. لا يشمل ضمان نسبريسو عبوات التنظيف وإزالة الترسبات و / أو إزالة الترسبات والتنظيف مجانًا

41.  Nespresso warranty is valid only in the country of purchase or in such other countries where Nespresso sells and services the same model with identical technical specifications.

41. يسري ضمان نسبريسو فقط في بلد الشراء أو في تلك البلدان الأخرى التي تباع فيها نسبريسو ويستخدم فيها نفس الطراز بمواصفات فنية متطابقة.

42.  Nespresso Warranty outside the country of purchase is limited to the terms and conditions of the corresponding warranty in the country of service

42. يقتصر ضمان نسبريسو خارج بلد الشراء على شروط وأحكام الضمان المقابل في بلد الخدمة

43.  It does not apply to any machine defect resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, failure to follow the product instructions, calcium deposits, improper or inadequate maintenance, normal wear and tear, use for commercial purposes, use on current or voltage other than as marked on the product, unauthorized product alteration, fire, lightning, flood or other external causes.

43. ضمان نسبريسو لا ينطبق على أي عيب في الماكينة ناتج عن حادث ، أو إهمال ، أو سوء استخدام ، أو عدم اتباع تعليمات المنتج ، أو رواسب الكالسيوم ، أو الصيانة غير الملائمة أو غير الكافية ، أو البلى العادي ، أو الاستخدام للأغراض التجارية ، أو استخدام التيار أو الجهد الكهربائي بخلاف ما هو موضح على المنتج أو تغيير المنتج غير المصرح به أو نشوب حريق أو برق أو فيضان أو أسباب خارجية أخرى.

44.  Customers can avail the Extended Warranty plan at purchase of their new machine or during the warrantied period of the machine and no later.

44. يمكن للعملاء الاستفادة من خطة الضمان الممتد عند شراء مكائنهم الجديدة أو خلال فترة الضمان الخاصة بالماكينة وليس بعد ذلك .

45.  Extended warranty covers all repairs or replacement of internal spare parts after technical evaluation for Nespresso machines that have passed their warranty period of 24 months.

45. يغطي الضمان الممتد جميع إصلاحات أو استبدال مكائن نسبريسو التي تجاوزت فترة ضمان ال 24 شهرًا.

46.  Repair or replacement of external removable spare parts is not covered for Nespresso machines under warranty or with an extended warranty package.

46. إصلاح أو استبدال قطع الغيار الخارجية القابلة للإزالة غير مشمول بمكائن نسبريسو بموجب الضمان أو مع حزمة الضمان الممتد.

47.  Defect / or dysfunctions of your Nespresso machine resulting from use of Non-Nespresso capsules are not covered under warranty or extended warranty and will be determined after check from our technical department.

47. لا يغطي الضمان أو الضمان الممتد عيوب أو اختلالات ماكينة نسبريسو الناتجة عن استخدام كبسولات غير كبسولات نسبريسو وسيتم تحديد ذلك بعد التحقق من قسمنا الفنى

48.  Extended warranty can be further renewed to a maximum of one year from the extended warranty expiry date .

48. يمكن تجديد الضمان الممتد لمدة أقصاها سنة واحدة من تاريخ انتهاء الضمان الممتد.
